Back in America Publisher: Terms of Service

Back in America Publisher may be used only by the Back in America podcast team, and only to upload the podcast's own content to the podcast's own TikTok account.

What the tool does

The tool uploads short video clips from Back in America, a podcast hosted by Stan Berteloot, to the podcast's TikTok account as drafts. A team member then reviews each draft in the TikTok app and decides whether to post it. The tool does not post anything publicly by itself.

It is not offered to the public and has no user accounts of its own. The only TikTok account connected to it is the podcast's own.

Who may use it

Use of the tool is limited to the podcast team. Every video uploaded through it must be the podcast's own content.

TikTok's rules

Anyone using the tool must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Changes and availability

The tool is provided as is. We may change it or stop it.

Removing access

Anyone can revoke the tool's access at any time in TikTok's settings, under Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions. The Privacy Policy for Back in America Publisher explains what the tool stores and how to ask for that data to be deleted.
